Our Returns Policy

All claims must be made within 30 days from when you receive the goods to receive a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods may not be returned. Perishable goods including, but not limited to, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept returns of products that are for intimate usage, sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloaded software products, some health and personal care items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

Refund Requests

Once your product is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether a refund or replacement will be provided.

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed as soon as possible with a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Lost Orders

In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 3-5 weeks from the date of confirmation of order please contact us. Requests for returns and refunds will not be processed after 60 days. Thanks for understanding!

Free Promotional Items

Due to the nature of these free promotional items, there is no refund for any items including shipping and handling costs.
